How WhatsApp communication works

1Step 1

Initiated registration

An authorized project stakeholder (developer, developer's attorney, or tenant attorney) registers apartment owners to the project. Each owner receives an initial outreach explaining the contacting entity and the project.

2Step 2

Explicit consent (Opt-in)

The apartment owner confirms they wish to receive WhatsApp updates. Only after consent does the system begin sending operational messages.

3Step 3

Full control

The apartment owner can unsubscribe at any time by sending STOP via WhatsApp or contacting support email.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages. Only operational information directly related to the project the apartment owner participates in.
